From 21 to 25 November 2022 the preparatory meeting of the Erasmus + project EUth Voices for Social Change took place in Turin, Italy. More specifically, trainers and professionals from Fundacion Farrah, Youthmakers Hub and Microkosmos took part in this transnational training  aiming to exchange good practices between the partners and to develop the frame of reference within which to progress. Microkosmos, as the hosting organisation was responsible for the implementation of the five-day meeting between the partners. 

After the arrivals, the programme was structured firstly in sharing mutual knowledge activities and good practices between organisations on the thematics of the project; capacity building, inclusivity and accessibility and the use of digital tools in youth-women empowerement. Then, for the successful implementation of the project was necessary for the organisations to reach a common terminology language. The third and fourth day trainers and organisers were focused on the planning of the activities for events as well as mutual feedback. The closing day was based on the experiential learning methodology and was held in a natural, outdoor environment.
